Some of the most important workplace outcomes depend on people you do not directly manage. Strategic Stakeholder Communication: Influencing Without Authority is a practical six-session professional development course for people who need to build alignment, gain buy-in, and communicate effectively across teams, functions, organizations, and levels of authority. Across six highly interactive Saturday sessions, participants will work on practical ways to identify and prioritize key stakeholders, understand different interests and concerns, adapt messages for different audiences, build buy-in without relying on formal authority, respond to resistance and competing priorities, sequence communication more strategically, and create alignment across multiple stakeholders. The course is designed around discussion, realistic workplace situations, and practical application—not just lectures. Dates: October 31; November 7, 14, 21 & 28; December 5, 2026 Time: 10:00–12:50 JST Venue: GOZAR Meeting Room Shinjuku-Gyoen 3F, Shinjuku, Tokyo Capacity: Maximum 18 participants Tuition: ¥44,999 including 10% Japanese consumption tax
