1. Scope

These terms apply to all use of the Site, including browsing and automated retrieval. By using the Site you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2. Rights in the listed information

The factual details of an event itself (its name, dates, venue and price) belong to the respective organizer or venue, and we claim no exclusive rights over those facts.

The following, however, belong to SEASONS Inc.:

• Our own category and area classifications and the scheme behind them
• Figures such as the area maps and icons, and written content such as the guide articles
• The database as a collection of collected and organized event information (its selection and systematic arrangement)

3. Quotation and reproduction

You are free to quote the factual details of an individual event. When you do, please cite the Site by name together with the URL of the page concerned.

The following are prohibited:

• Reproducing all or a substantial part of the database and redistributing or republishing it
• Bulk automated retrieval that interferes with the operation of the Site or that disregards the directives in robots.txt
• Reproducing the guide articles, area maps or classification scheme without permission
• Assembling a listing equivalent to ours without citing the source, and presenting our information as your own collection

4. Crawlers and AI collection

Search engine and AI search crawlers are welcome within the scope permitted by robots.txt; these show a link back to the Site as the cited source.

Crawlers whose sole purpose is to build training datasets and which send no visitors to the Site are disallowed in robots.txt. Retrieval by a crawler named as disallowed is a breach of these terms. We may block access by crawlers that do not follow the directives in robots.txt. The contents of /robots.txt always take precedence as to what is permitted. robots.txt

5. Accuracy and disclaimer

• Listings are based on information published by organizers and venues, but we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or currency. Always check the official site before you go.
• We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any loss arising from use of the Site or of the information listed on it.
• We are not responsible for the contents of external sites linked from the Site.

6. Requests to list, correct or remove

Listing an event is free of charge. To request a listing, please use the listing information page. listing information page

We respond promptly to requests from organizers, venues and rights holders to correct or remove a listing, submitted through the contact form. We will not ask you to justify the request. contact form

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as necessary. Revised terms take effect when they are posted on the Site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court as the court of first instance.
